Cool Downは羽生結弦選手のリンクでIce-Skate⛸
Ride 160km+ Run 15kmのトレーニングのクールダウンは、正にcoolな場所、アイススケート場に行き、スケートしてきました⛸

このスケートリンクには、オリンピック２連覇中の羽生結弦選手、2002年ソルトレークシティ五輪4位入賞の本田武史さん、2006年トリノ五輪で金メダルを獲得した荒川静香さんも通っていました。
羽生結弦選手は、2011年の東日本大震災後から現在まで、自分の著書2冊の印税の全額をこのアイスリンクへ多額の寄付をしてらっしゃるとのことです。さらに、このアイスリンクで練習する子供たちのために、送迎用バス２台を寄贈しているとのこと。
コロナウイルスの影響で、実はこのアイスリンクはしばらく休業していましたが、本日が営業再開の日でした！
そんなアイスリンクには金メダリストのお二人の記念ギャラリーもありました。
中に入ると、将来のアイススケーター（と言えば良いのかな？）がリンク中央でスピンしていたり、自由に滑っていました。
さて、子供二人のスケートシューズを履かせて、いざリンクへ！
私も、滑り始めはいつも変に力が入ってしまい、ドキドキものです^^;
娘も同じ気持ちのようでした。
しかし！アシカ君を手に入れた娘は、急に成長！
アシカすげぇ。。。
息子はというと、勝手に上手くなってました🤗
スケートを終えると、子供達二人には睡魔が襲ってきましたZzzz.....

The skating rink was also attended by Yuzuru Hanyu, who has won the Olympics for two consecutive years, Takeshi Honda, who won the 4th place in the Salt Lake City Olympics in 2002, and Shizuka Arakawa, who won the gold medal at the 2006 Torino Olympics.
Yuzuru Hanyu said that he has donated a large amount of royalties on his two books to this ice rink since the Great East Japan Earthquake of 2011 and now. They also donated two shuttle buses for children practicing at the ice rink.
There was also a commemorative gallery for those gold medals at the ice rink.
Once inside, a future ice skater (should I say?) Was spinning in the center of the rink or skating freely.
Then, put on the skating shoes of two children and went to the link!
Even when I started to skate, my strength was always strange and I was thrilled ^ ^;
My daughter felt the same way.
However! The daughter who got the sea lion grows up suddenly!
Sea lion is great. . .
My son was getting better without permission.
After skating, the two children were attacked by sleep.Zzzz .....
