強弱があっても完璧なGroup!!
本日のHill Climb RideはThe Mega Pretzel 55.6km!
このライドは、時には1.0w/kg にしたり、時には10w/kg にしたりするのでGroupingの難易度は非常に高いです。しかし、皆さんのTrainingへの目的意識の高さ、Groupingへのご協力のお陰で難しいはずのライドは非常にスムーズに進行しました。

このルートをコンプリートすると110km程になりますが、このライドはいつも100分程度の設定ですので、今日は55.6kmに設定しました。
55.6kmのルートは下記の通りです。
1.Jungle Circuit Reverse
2.Epic KOM Reverse
3.Hilly (Zwift KOM)
4.volcano KOM (today’s Finish)
スタートは2.5w/kgでグループライドをしまして、ウォーミングアップの後、下記ルートを2グループに分かれてトレーニングライドをしました💡
今日は試験的に日本語をローマ字で表示させてみましたが、皆さんに伝わりましたでしょうか?
さて、コースは下記の通りです。
メニューは割とハードにやりました!!

Uphill @3.5w/kg to Jungle
Down Hill in Jungle
-> ramp up
3.5w/kg*2:00
4.0w/kg*1:30
4.5w/kg*1:00
5.0w/kg*1:00
Up Hill in Jungle
-> 5w/kg*30sec-3w/kg*30sec--3set
☆After it, make a group Red and Yellow for Epic KOM
(2)Epic KOM reverse
*1st start is Yellow beacon group @3.5w/kg
*2nd start is Red beacon group @over 4.2w/kg
The Red group can ride for free until you catch the Yellow Beacon.
You must keep 3.5w/kg after catch Yellow beacon.

Today's Hill Climb Ride is The Mega Pretzel 55.6km!
This ride is very difficult for Grouping because sometimes it's 1.0w/kg and sometimes it's 10w/kg. However, thanks to everyone's strong sense of purpose in training and cooperation with Grouping, what should have been a difficult ride went very smoothly.
The Mega Pretzel 55.6km /Participants: 112
GMT 24.April.pm8:05/ JST 25Apr.am5:05
Completing this route would be about 110km, but this ride is always set to be about 100 minutes, so today I set it at 55.6km.
The 55.6km route is as follows.
1.Jungle Circuit Reverse
2.Epic KOM Reverse
3.Hilly (Zwift KOM)
4.volcano KOM (today's finish)
We started off with a group ride at 2.5w/kg, and after warming up, we split into two groups for a training ride on the route below💡
Today, I tried to display Japanese in romaji as a trial, but did you get the message?
Well, the course is as follows.
I went pretty hard on the menu!
