イベント名がJETTとなってから初めてのこのコースでのRideでした☺️今日も沢山のご参加をありがとうございました。
今日のメニューはLondon LoopのFlat SectionにおけるIntervalと、Box Hillを使ったHill Climb Training でした。
それぞれのラップのメニューは下記の通りです。

Lap 1
5w/kg*20sec- rest 40sec ** 3set

1st Box Hill !
3.7w/kg Group Climb , not Free .
@top, 2.0w/kg front, 3.0w/kg rear

Lap 2
(3.5w/kg*2:45-6w/kg*15sec)*2set ,
no rest!
※Last one ! ->8w/kg Challenge !

2nd Box Hill!!
Yellow beacon Group will climb @3.7w/kg , 1st start.
RED Beacon Group Climb @over 4.2w/kg , 2nd start.
Make a gap , 3w/kg Yellow , 1.5w/kg Red Group.

前回、似たようなコース、Greater London Loopの時は、Flat区間が長かったのでRestも多めにとりましたが、今回はBox Hillを上り終えて、Fox Hillを下るとすぐに次に周回に入りますので、Restは短めに設定しました。
短めのREST = Regroupの時間も短いため、皆さんのご協力なしでは上記メニューは完遂できませんでした。皆さんのご協力に感謝いたします。



最後のLap、Box Hillから Finish GateまではMini Race!!
(コンパニオンに載っているリザルトの1位は、group を乱しまくってましたので、DQです。)

Today's Hill Climb Ride was the London Loop 3laps!
This Route was the first ride since the event was called JETT ☺️Thanks to everyone who came out today.
Today's menu consisted of Interval in the Flat Section of the London Loop and Hill Climb Training using Box Hill.
The menu for each wrap is as follows.

Lap 1
5w/kg*20sec- rest 40sec ** 3set
1st Box Hill , not Free .
3.7w/kg Group Climb , not Free .
@top, 2.0w/kg front, 3.0w/kg rear

Lap 2
(3.5w/kg*2:45-6w/kg*15sec)*2set ,
no rest!
Last one ! ->8w/kg Challenge !

2nd Box Hill!

The last time we did the similar course, the Greater London Loop, we took more rest because the flat section was longer, but this time I set the rest to be shorter because we started the next lap as soon as we finished climbing Box Hill and descended Fox Hill.
Short REST = Short time for Regroup, the above menu could not have been completed without your help. Thank you all for your support.

The last lap, from Box Hill to the Finish Gate is a Mini Race!
(The first place in the Companion's result is DQ, because he was messing with the group a lot.)
