唯一のアクシデント‼️-Ironman NewZealand

レースは非常に上手く攻略することができました。レースへのアプローチも完璧でした。
食事、睡眠、各種準備。

しかし、その中で、一つだけアクシデントがありました。

それは、日本を出発する直前、成田空港で事が発生しました。
成田空港出発は18:20で、約11時間のフライトとなるため飛行機へ搭乗する前に歯磨きをしました。
いつも通り、フロス（糸楊枝）で奥歯から。
奥歯から。
と。。。

なんだか変な感覚と、舌にポロリと異物の感覚が。。。。

！！！！

部分銀歯が！！

取れてしまった！！

よりによってフライト１時間前に！！

ちょっとだけ焦りましたが、かかりつけのトライアスリートで歯医者さんのM尾さんに相談して、ニュージーランドで部分銀歯を詰めてもらう方向性としました。

急いで、ツアー会社・Wild Edgeの堀さんへ電話にて事情を説明し、ニュージーランド・タウポ湖周辺の歯医者さんを予約していただきました。

機内食から歯医者さんにかかるまでは奥歯に空洞があるためなんだか美味しくなかったです^^

そして、ニュージーランド二日目の午後、人生で初めて海外の歯医者さんへ行ってまいりました！

正直、私は英語が苦手です。それでも、片言の英語とポケトークがあったおかげで、なんとか治療していただきました。
なかなか経験できないので、問診票みたいな物を撮影📸

事前に、堀さんからもお聞きしておりましたが、ニュージーランドの歯医者さん、結構お値段高めです。
既存の歯を詰めていただいたのですが、150NZ$でした。（日本出発の際、1$=72円)。

高いとは言っても、不安を抱えたままレースするよりよっぽど良いです。これがレース中の補給食を食べている時じゃ無くて良かったと思っています。

治療が終わり、噛み合わせバッチリ！食事も美味しく感じるようになりました！

I was a little impatient, but I consulted with my dentist 'M' with my family triathlete, and decided to have them pack some silver teeth in New Zealand.

I hurriedly explained the situation to Mr. Hori, a tour company, Wild Edge, and had a reservation for a dentist around Lake Taupo, New Zealand.

There was a cavity in the back teeth from inflight meal to the dentist, so it was somewhat delicious ^ ^

And on the second afternoon of New Zealand, I went to an overseas dentist for the first time in my life!

Honestly, I am not good at English. Still, thanks to the broken English and PokeTalk, I managed to get some treatment.
Because I can not easily experience it, I shoot something like a questionnaire 📸

As I heard from Mr. Hori in advance, New Zealand dentists are quite expensive.
I filled in my existing teeth and it was 150NZ $. (When departing from Japan, 1 $ = 72 yen).

Even though it is expensive, it is better than racing with anxiety. I'm glad this wasn't the time we were eating the supplement during the race.

The treatment is over, and the bite is perfect! The food has also started to feel delicious!
