よし！優勝🏆zwift Race🚴♂️
今朝も安定のZWIFTトレーニングをしました👍
今日のトレーニングの最後に出たレースは、
3R Jungle Circuit Hilly Race🚴♀️
参加者数191名😲
course-Jungle Circuit 3laps
スタートダッシュで50〜60人が第一集団となり、Jungleのゲートをくぐりました。
しかし、この後、カナダ🇨🇦のLucさんの引きで先頭は7名に激減！
Lucさん強すぎる！
私は、彼の後ろに食らいつくのが精一杯でした💦
登り坂は、4.7〜6w/kgで推移し、下りで私はしっかり休む！この繰り返しでした。
仕掛けたかったのですが、我慢我慢^^;
Lucさんの引きに耐えられたのは最終的には4名でした！
チームメイトのkさんも一緒だったので頑張れました☺️
最後はタイミングを見計らって〜
スプリント〜‼️
11.7w/kg*15秒でしたが、なんとか優勝🏆
しっかり、JungleのJerseyもゲットしました👍
明日は金曜恒例ベースライド！

I did a steady ZWIFT workout this morning too 👍
The race that came out at the end of today's training was...
3R Jungle Circuit Hilly Race🚴!
Number of participants - 191 😲
Course-Jungle Circuit 3laps
In the starting dash, the first group of 50-60 people made up the first group and went through the gates of the Jungle.
However, after this, the leader was drawn by Luc from Canada 🇨🇦, and the number of participants was drastically reduced to 7!
Mr. Luc is too strong!
I couldn't ride in front of him💦
The climbs stay at 4.7 to 6w/kg, and on the descents I rest well! It was a repetition of this.
I wanted to make a move, but I had to put up with it^^;
In the end, there were only four people who were able to withstand Luc's pull!
My teammate K was with me, so I was able to work hard ☺️
In the end, I just had to find the right moment.
Sprint!
I was 11.7w/kg*15 seconds but managed to win the race.
I also got a Jersey of the Jungle 👍👍.
Tomorrow is Friday's annual base ride!
