さて、定期的に開催しているグループライドのレポートです。

まだ、ZWIFTはなんぞやという方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、毎日のように開催しておりますので、まずはレポートから^^;

月曜のBase Ride としては今日が２０１９年の中では最後でした。168名の沢山の参加者の皆さん、ありがとうございました。

２０１９年５月から始まりました、月曜Base Rideは、本日の参加者で約3400名を数えました！ありがとうございました！私の統計によりますと、１回の平均が101~102名です。いつもありがとうございます。

本日の参加者数は下記の通りです。

B group - 88名

C group - 80名

Total-168名!

今週のコースはTempus Fugit！ グループライドには最適な平坦コースですね。

今日は、覚えられないほどチャットをした記憶があります。。。。漕いだ記憶よりもchatの記憶の方が大きかったかも、、、笑

クリスマスが近いことから、参加者それぞれ欲しいものをChatで伝えておりました。中には6w/kg の脚が欲しいとか。。。

ラップタイムは以下の通りです。

B groupがC groupよりも参加者数が多かったことから、C groupをキャッチしたのは最終ラップが始まってすぐでした。残り１５kmの地点でしたね。

C groupからは14名がB groupへjump upされていました。B Groupは大きくなり,最後の１kmスプリントへ！

Today was the last Monday Base Ride in 2019. Thank you to all the 168 participants.
Starting from May 2019, Monday Base Ride has attracted about 3,400 participants today! Thank you very much! According to my statistics, the average of one time is 101-102. I am always grateful for your participate.

The number of participants today is as follows.
B group-88 people
C group-80 people
Total-168 people!

This week's course is Tempus Fugit! This is the best flat course for group riding.
Today, I have an unforgettable chat. . . . I wonder if the memory of chat was bigger than the memory I rowed, lol

Since Christmas is near, each participant told what they wanted on Chat. Some of them want a 6w / kg leg. . .

The lap times are as follows.

C group was caught shortly after the start of the final lap, as B group had more participants than C group. That was the remaining 15km.
14 people were jumped up to B group from C group. B Group is getting bigger and going to the last 1km sprint!
