🏃♂️Trail Run for Bike Training with Children - Park Dainohara -
コロナウイルスの影響で、息子の通う小学校はお休み期間中です。今日は自分のBike Performance向上にもちょっと通じるであろう、Trail Run を子供達としてきました。
Trailと言うよりかは、cross-countryに近いかもしれませんね。
場所は、仙台市内の「台原森林公園」。
森林公園の外周は2.8km/lapですが、外周の内側にいくつものオフロードコースがあります。Trail-Runの練習には持って来いのコースに感じました。
もちろん、私のペースではなく、５歳の娘のペースに併せてEasy Jogですよ👍
途中、急斜面がありロープを使って登りました。
また、Trail Courseを走っていると、道かたに切り株があったので、年輪を数えてみました。
なんと１００歳を優に超えていました！
最後はクールダウンに、滑り台でお終い👍
私にとっても良いeasy Dayとなりました。

Elementary school where my son goes is closed due to the coronavirus. Today, I've been using Trail Run as a kid, which will be a bit better for my Bike Performance.
Rather than trail, it may be closer to cross-country.
The place is “Dainohara Forest Park” in Sendai city.
The outer perimeter of the forest park is 2.8km / lap, but there are several off-road courses inside the perimeter. I felt it was a good course to bring to practice Trail-Run.
Of course, it's Easy Jog, not at my pace, but at the pace of my 5-year-old daughter.
On the way, there was a steep slope and we climbed using a rope.
Also, while running the Trail Course, there was a stump on the way, so we counted the annual rings.
It was over 100 years old!
Finally, cool down and finish with a slide.
It was a good easy day for me.
